Reminder that the basketball court hours are from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Parking is permitted in the basket ball area from 8:00 pm to 10:00 am.
Violators will be towed away at vehicle owners expense.

We have and will continue to tow illegally parked vehicles from the guest parking lots. Please follow the Arroyo Seco Village Rules and Regulations. Tenants if you do not have a copy of the Arroyo Seco Village Rules & Regulations, ask your landlord for a copy.

Having your own insurance coverage along with loss assessment insurance for earthquake is greatly encouraged.
Remember if you cause damage to your neighbors unit or the common area you are personally responsible, not the Homeowners Association.

We started a recipe book. If you have a recipe you would like to share please add it to our recipe book.
If you are planning on moving we now have a place where you can list your condo for sale or rent.
If you have a company and you like there work and would like to recommend them, please add them to the business directory.

| RECYCLE CONTAINERS |

Arroyo Seco Village has eight recycle containers at the complex.
The eight (8) blue recycle containers are located by the basketball court.
If you feel that more recycle containers are needed at the complex, please notify the property manager via email.
